Returning a Bobble Head
When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or made to order/customised goods) up to 7 days after receiving your order - this is the cooling off period (if you return an item within this cooling off period we will refund you the cost of the goods.
* Within 10 days of receipt of goods
* In an unused condition
* With the original delivery docket/E-mail (as proof of purchase)
* With the original packaging/boxes
If we do not have the stock available we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative item or we'll offer you a refund.
How to send back a return
Post the goods along with your own contact details and a copy of the delivery docket to the following address:
We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a “Receipt of Posting” as until we receive the parcel it is your responsibility
Do I have to pay to return?
We do not offer a free returns service.
How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account. We'll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. credit card, laser card, paypal.)
Received the wrong items?
If this happens we will endeavour to get the correct items out to you as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of returning these items to us.
The item is faulty?
If you are unhappy due to a perceived technical product fault or mis-described product, please contact us to arrange a return.
* Irish Bobbles reserve the right to have reasonable time to make a decision on the product. We commit to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 days.
* In certain cases, the product may also be reviewed by the operations team
* Customers will be offered in this order: replacement or refund
